These are not tenure-‐track positions -‐ selected candidates will hold the title of Lecturer. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from semester to semester, depending on the needs of the department. Basic qualifications: Applicants must minimally have a Master’s degree or equivalent degree in bioengineering, biomedical engineering or related field at time of application.

Additional qualifications: A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, or related field, or comparable experience/training (e.g. at least five years of science or engineering practice working on complex technical problems, with a documented history of skills development) is required by the start of service.

Preferred qualifications: Teaching experience, particularly as an instructor of record, for a course or courses in bioengineering or related fields. Experience managing and training Graduate Student Instructors/Teaching Assistants. Mentorship experience in bioengineering or related fields.

Salary Range: $58,945 -‐$158,270. Starting salary will be commensurate with degrees currently held, past college-‐level teaching experience and equity within the department.
