Teaching Assistant (E-Learning) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering (Ref.: 201800557) (to commence as soon as possible and preferably not later than July 2018, on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding)

 

Applicants should hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering or Mathematics. Previous experience in computational software will be an advantage. The appointee will work for an E-Learning Project in Engineering Mathematics. The goal of the project is to develop a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) in Calculus and Differential Equations for first year undergraduates of Engineering. He/She will involve in designing, implementing and monitoring of software associated with this MOOC.

 

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
