Position: One Professor Position
Communication networks and security group,
Distributed information and advanced communication systems field
in Department of Information and Communications Engineering, School of Engineering,
Tokyo Institute of Technology

Department: Information and Communications Engineering, School of Engineering.
Research Field: Information communication network, communication protocols, network security,
routing, traffic control, network design, SDN/NFV, contents distribution technology, and other areas
related to information communication network.

Qualification Requirement:

1. Applicants are required to have a doctoral degree or Ph.D.

2. Applicants should have ability to teach undergraduate courses of communications engineering
and graduate courses of information communication network.

3. Applicants should have globally excellent research performance to lead several areas in the
research fields above.

Employment Date: As early as possible after April 1, 2018.

Term of the position: None (retire at the age of 65)

Salary: Salary will be determined according to the National University Corporation Tokyo Institute
of Technology Salary Regulation for Employee.

conferences, review papers, commentaries, books, patents and h-index.

3. Copies of five representative papers.

4. One page summary of academic significance of five representative papers above.

5. One page summary of past educational activities.

6. A list of awards related to the research achievements above.

7. A list of external or competitive funds for research or education including representative and
share for each fund.

8. A list of society activities.

9. One page summary of the research plan.

10. One page summary of the education plan.

11. A list of four references with affiliations and e-mail addresses. Two of them should be resident
and other two should be non-resident of Japan.
