DEGREE AND AREA OF SPECIALIZATION:
MS or PhD in engineering field, with preference for MS in Engineering Mechanics.

 

MINIMUM NUMBER OF YEARS AND TYPE OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least two years experience providing instruction for primary Engineering Mechanics Statics and Dynamics--or related courses. Requires knowledge of course materials, goals and outcomes of curriculum, and delivery of content using techniques and methods to enhance the quality of the student learning experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position has the primary responsibility to provide comprehensive instructional program support services for high enrollment EMA courses such as Statics and Dynamics. The individual will work with the Department Chair and EMA faculty associated with teaching labs and students labs with efforts at providing quality teaching and oversight for the courses.
