Work­ing field:

Col­lab­or­a­tion in the research pro­ject "Instand­hal­tung­s­planung für kirchenge­meind­liche Gebäude - Main­ten­ance plan­ning for church build­ings":
  • Man­aging Inter­face between TU Ber­lin and pro­ject part­ner Erzbistum Ber­lin
  • Organ­iz­a­tion of the archive vis­its in the com­munit­ies of the Ber­lin churches
  • Internal pro­ject man­age­ment in the sense of lead­er­ship of the stud­ied employ­ees, gen­eral organ­iz­a­tion of the pro­ject includ­ing observ­ance of time sched­ule and plan­ning of work­shops
  • Elab­or­a­tion of the con­struc­tion and main­ten­ance cost ana­lysis, pre­par­a­tion of the build­ing com­pon­ent cata­log and trans­fer of the 3D mod­els
  • Estab­lish­ing con­tact with other research pro­jects, espe­cially for inter­pret­a­tion and dis­cus­sion of the res­ults (present­a­tions, work­shops)

Suc­cess­fully com­pleted arts, eco­nom­ics or engin­eer­ing uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent), prefer­ably in busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion, eco­nom­ics, busi­ness or civil engin­eer­ing, archi­tec­ture or sim­ilar; Know­ledge of the sub­ject area of life cycle cost plan­ning of build­ings desir­able, at the inter­face real estate / con­struc­tion eco­nom­ics (DIN 276 or DIN 18960) neces­sary; know­ledge of MS Excel neces­sary, stat­ist­ical soft­ware (Stata, R, Python) desir­able; exper­i­ence with 3D mod­el­ing desir­able; know­ledge of con­struc­tion audit­ing, in par­tic­u­lar account­ing of con­struc­tion and main­ten­ance meas­ures for spe­cial­ised real estate, in par­tic­u­lar for churches desir­able; Pro­ject and man­age­ment exper­i­ence required, espe­cially lead­er­ship of stu­dent employ­ees; will­ing­ness to work in a team as well as inter­dis­cip­lin­ary research work; qual­i­fied know­ledge of sci­entific meth­ods (qual­it­at­ive/quant­it­at­ive) desir­able and very good Ger­man and Eng­lish lan­guage skills abso­lutely neces­sary.
