Overview of Selection ProcessAfter your EOI is submitted, your profile will be reviewed for current and future opportunities. Shortlisted candidates may be contacted by a Talent Acquisition Advisor to confirm to confirm availability and further assess suitability for opportunities within the school. The formal selection process may include an interview, a teaching demonstration (where applicable), and reference checks. Full instructions will be provided if you progress to the next stage. Compliance RequirementsAll academic appointments at RMIT Vietnam must meet University and local regulatory requirements, including English proficiency, background checks, and (for international candidates) eligibility for a work permit. English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least 7.0 with no competency less than 6.5 (or equivalent, as outlined in the Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Guidelines).
