Successful applicants will assist Course Coordinators in delivering high-quality teaching and learning outcomes across a range of environmental disciplines. These casual roles may involve work at UQ’s St Lucia or Gatton campuses, depending on course requirements. Key Responsibilities Casual Academic duties may include: Assisting with practical classes, field work, demonstrations, and student excursions Marking and exam invigilation Facilitating tutorials or class activities Consulting with students online or in person Participating in induction sessions and required training Supporting other academic activities as directed by Course Coordinators All appointees must comply with UQ’s Code of Conduct, Work Health and Safety obligations, and sustainability practices, as well as relevant education legislation.
