About the PositionThe Department of Product Development, in collaboration with the research center imec, is seeking a doctoral scholarship holder to work on modular electronic architectures, with a focus on chiplet-based system design to improve scalability, reuse, and sustainability. Your research will explore how modular hardware platforms can support adaptable applications such as modular environmental sensing, enabling long-lived, upgradeable, and circular electronic systems for diverse monitoring contexts.
