The research group ELCAT in the Faculty of Applied Engineering is looking for a full-time (100%) postdoctoral scholarship holder in the field of redox flow batteries. More specifically, you will actively work within the frame of the European research project RECHARGE (https://elcat.be/erc-starting-grant/). RECHARGE is a European research grant of the prestigious European Research Council acquired by Prof. Jonas Hereijgers and entails cutting-edge research. The aim of RECHARGE is to develop the next generation of redox flow batteries. Within the ELCAT research group, you will find yourself in an excellent research environment consisting of more than 50 researchers and equipped with state-of-the-art lab facilities and research equipment. The scope of ELCAT is situated in the field of electrochemistry and electrochemical engineering.
