We are seeking an outstanding academic leader to join the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering as Professor in Chemical Engineering. The successful candidate will bring a proven record of achievement in research, teaching, and academic leadership, contributing to the direction, objectives, and outcomes of the University by influencing and shaping resources to meet current and future needs. Key Responsibilities Provide academic leadership in teaching and curriculum development across undergraduate to postgraduate levels, ensuring educational excellence and innovation in learning methodologies. Conduct and sustain high-impact, internationally recognized research in Chemical and Environmental Engineering, including securing research funding and publishing original work. Supervise and mentor postgraduate (Master’s and PhD) students, while supporting professional development of junior academic staff. Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of the department’s research and academic strategy, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and external partnerships. Represent the University through participation in national and international committees, external advisory roles, and public engagement activities.
